Craig & Sarah start a new chapter.

Ran 2.2 miles today at 10+ min pace.  Doing abs and tanning today.

Sarah ran 2 miles today and did 50 BW squats and 50 Sumo Squats.

Today has started a mission ..... Get back to US!

Nothing will stop us from being where we want ti be but ourselves. It's easy to quit. .... we aren't wired that way. We chose a tough career and we accept challenges thrown at us. It might be a long climb to get back on top of the hill to get that beautiful view over looking what used to be.....but our shoes are laced and we've started the ascent. See you soon!

Getting Better

Finally able to consistently run 3 miles easily without feeling like my legs will fall off and my heart will quit. So excited to see progress.

I'm getting better and better and better! !!! Ran the fastest 2 mile yet.  And completed a 10 k all in one week.  Progress! !!
